Shipping policy

Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. The order cutoff time is 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Errors by the shipping company

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order has shipped. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update depending on the carrier.

Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.

Important: James Delaney cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. We are happy to assist with cancellations within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. After this period, your order may already be processing or shipped, in which case cancellation may not be possible. If the order has shipped, you may still initiate a return after delivery.

Fulfillment: We ship from multiple fulfillment centers depending on product availability to ensure the most efficient delivery. This may include U.S. or international facilities.
